Tish of Train with Tish recently filmed a 12-minute (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training workout and we are lucky enough to be one of the first to try it out! This workout can be done anywhere with no equipment making it accessible for anyone (in other words, no excuses). The workout combines cardio, strength & toning focusing on shoulders, core and glutes. It’s seriously great conditioning for summer in only 12 minutes!
