There’s no question that blogs have grown in popularity, taking the Internet by storm over the last few years - and we love it! Free tips, advice and inspiration all at our finger tips… literally. But with so many to choose from, it can be challenging and time consuming to find the posts you actually want to read from bloggers that resonate with you. In the spirit of making your lives easier, we’ve listed a few of our favorite west coast Canadian bloggers below. Happy surfing!
FITNESS // Rachel Doell
Rachel walks the talk. She is a fit momma navigating the ins and outs of the crazy life of being a mom/entrepreneur who has built a fantastic business in the fitness industry from her home base in B.C. Personal training, group fitness and holistic nutrition are a few of the certifications she has under her belt. Don’t just take our word for it though, one look at her fit body and you’ll buy in to what she’s offering. This band workout has recently found a home in our weekly workout schedule: Butt Burning Band Workouts.
LIFESTYLE // Jillian Harris
One of our favorite Canadian TV personalities, you might recognize her from seasons of The Bachelor and Bachelorette, or from her hosting duties on Love it or List It Vancouver & Love It Or List It Too Jillian Harris fills her blog with all things fashion, décor, food, and a little gossip (her posts about Bachelor episodes are not to be missed!). She has great taste and we often rely on her for her honest take on real life advice, for example, this post about 5 Tips for Buying a House on a Budget.
FOOD // Tori Wesszer
Registered Dietitian Tori Wesszer posts beautiful photos of delicious recipes that are healthy, family friendly, and easy to make. We highly recommend one of our morning staples, the Rasberry Rainbow Smoothie Bowl #yum

Bethany Menzel shares bits and pieces about her family and life through gorgeous photos and genuine words. You’ll find all kinds of topics on her blog about fun activities you can do with kids, style advice and inspiration and insight into what life looks like on the west coast.
